Q: Do I need to send a deposit for a restoration?
A: No, all services will be paid for upon completion of the project before the sneakers are mailed back to you.
Q: Do you offer services to international customers?
A: Yes, please reach out via our contact form at the bottom of this page or send a message to our Instagram.
Q: How durable are my sneakers after they have been sole-swapped?
A: Your sneakers should be safe to wear for years to come. I have personally swapped many of my own pairs and have put over 100 miles on some of them since the swap.
Q: Do you take all kinds of sneakers?
A: While we are open to considering any sneaker for repair, we reserve the right to reject any project that does not seem feasible or economical.
