Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions we get, we hope they help!


Q: Does my order come with a shoebox?

A: The only shoes that come with a box are ones that have a box in one of their product photos. If there is no box in the pictures or description, then that particular pair doesn't come with a box.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. We charge a flat fee of $25.


Q: Will my sneakers last, and are they safe to wear?

A: We understand some people are skeptical of buying used sneakers, but we assure our customers that we do quality control on each pair that comes through to make sure they are clean and ready to be worn. Your shoes should last for years to come, and we guarantee them to be safe to wear and odor free.


Q: Why do you only take returns on pairs that are lost or damaged during transit?

A: We do this out of necessity to keep prices low for our customers. Shipping a pair of shoes domestically costs about $10-$18 depending on weight and destination. Since we offer free shipping, if we allowed a customer to return a pair, we would lose a significant percentage of our profits. In order to balance this effect out, we would need to raise prices on every pair by ~$15 to allow refunds. We try to ensure that our product photos accurately represent all damages and that sizes are clearly displayed in product descriptions to avoid any chance of customer dissatisfaction.


Q: Do you only stock Nike?

A: No, we stock other brands as well and plan to continue expanding our inventory. Nike will always have a heavy presence in our inventory, but we will be diversifying and bringing in sneakers from other sportswear and luxury brands. We are not affiliated with Nike in any way.
